COMMUNITY OPPORTUNITIES LIAISON

Nathalee is a passionate and enthusiastic advocate for equitable and transformative school systems. With her years of experience in the Hopkins School District, combined with majors in Biology, Sociology and Anthropology, Nathalee possesses a unique skill set that allows her to both analyze and understand the issues within our public education system on both a systemic level and on a deeply personal level as she witnesses firsthand how these issues impact our students. Nathalee is ecstatic to join the Thrive Ed team as the Community Opportunities Liaison. In her position, she is responsible for designing, planning and organizing community experiences while partnering with community partners and students to be matched with these opportunities.
She is also working with Thrive Ed to plan and implement all Collaborative Lab School design phases including organizing and strategizing student and family recruitment and engagement.
