Amy Schreiner Pucel earned her Masters in Literacy Education at the University of Minnesota. She has taught in a Title One School and was nominated for “Teacher of the Year” as a second grade teacher in Aberdeen, North Carolina. After several years of teaching, she has received tenure in three different states. At the college level, Amy has taught coursework in Literacy Education and supervised student teachers. She is currently employed at the University of Minnesota as a student teacher supervisor in the Multiple Pathways to Teaching Program. Her leadership extends to serving on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Education at the University of Minnesota. Amy lives in Wayzata, Minnesota with her husband and three children. She enjoys golfing, boating and time spent with family and friends.
